Biography

I'm Thom Hordijk, founder of Acrosolve — an AI automation company that helps B2B service businesses scale without hiring.

I spend most of my time building AI-powered systems: autonomous agents, workflow automation, and the infrastructure that connects them. I'm fascinated by what happens when you push AI beyond chatbots into real operational work.

What I do

At Acrosolve, I work with service businesses to automate their operations — from lead generation and client onboarding to project management and reporting. The goal is always the same: do more with less, without sacrificing quality.

I also build internal tools and systems that push the boundaries of what AI agents can do autonomously. Most of what I learn ends up on this blog.
